Our approach

We are privacy-forward in everything we make. We aim to collect only what we need, to use it for the purpose you would expect, and to be plain about it. If how this site works changes, this notice will be updated to say so.

What this site collects

This is a simple informational site. It has no accounts or sign-up forms, and we keep the information it gathers about visitors to a minimum. Like most websites, it may use basic, privacy-conscious tools to understand how the site is used and how people find us.

Pages are delivered by our hosting provider, Amazon Web Services, which necessarily processes your IP address and browser request in order to send you the page.

If you contact us

When you email or call us we receive whatever you choose to share, along with your email address or phone number. We use it to reply and to keep a record of the conversation. We treat it with care and use it for the reason you contacted us. Our email is provided by Google Workspace and our phone line by Google Voice.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by writing to hello@rbwlabs.com.

Changes

If this notice changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date.
